The front desk staff were helpful, upgrading a guest with a disability. However, there were issues with room service, as the order was incorrect and took a long time to rectify, while still charging (Read More)full price. Guests should be aware that everything on the resort incurs an additional cost. Overall, it is a nice place to book for a week or more, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The pool and location were praised, making it a recommended choice for a stay in Hilton Head.

It was clean and everyone was very nice

The weather haha , joking were from Florida had to drive to Charleston for a day we were sleepy decided to stop on the way back. I wish I had a swimsuit to enjoy the hot tub and pool.

Internet services were in adequate and I couldnt get my work done during my entire stay. There was a business center but it required an access code and hence wasnt functional for guests

Staff was super nice and the pools were great, awesome amenities. Just a lil lax on security and maybe need a more keen

The pools were great and the views were night, the staff was probably some of the nicest staff we had interacted with!

The tiles in the shower were broke and we didnt realize it and one of us cut our foot open pretty bad, there were also a lot of little gnats in the bathroom. Also, its lax in terms of security, we door dashed food and they never stopped them at the door and like paged the front desk to call up to confirm or anything

The location and having an oceanfront room. The shuttle to the shopping area was very much appreciated. Front Desk staff were superb.

I would never go there again

Surly greeting from the front reception at breakfast. Server by contrast, Marlene, was excellent. Breakfast itself no better than passable. Buffet tired and unappetising. Range of choices poor

The room was mediocre, for example, the leather desk chair was old and unserviceable. The leather seat was crumbling to powder. On two occasions there was no hot water in the shower - unforgivable. I had no confidence in the approachability of the staff. Some, eg in the general store, were plain rude. Others were ok, eg the beach chair boy but overall I had no general confidence in their helpfulness. On one occasion, the parking valet brought down the wrong car, a service we were paying for. The worst thing? Little things that one would expect as a part of hotel hospitality, like room service, were charged for. This was a theme of the hotel. Most good quality hotels I stay at offer service as a natural part of the hotel experience. Not here. Every five minutes my hand was in my pocket, paying for services that I consider to be part of a hotel stay. Immediately prior to my stay here, I stayed in a Fairmont hotel - superior in every way with exemplary staff service.
