They didnt have our booking. They wanted to charge us twice at reception. They did nothing to try and help. We left!

The breakfast was desperate because the food ran out and they didn't bring it or it took a very long time to bring new. They also had very little choice of food.

One of the best locations in New Orleans!
Airport bus 202 stops right outside the hotel while the bus stop going back to airport was just right across the street. The tram stop for bus 49, which goes to the French market, is close by. Breakfast has many choices. Although the pancake maker was not working when we stayed, there were other options available. Just an 8 minute walk to Canal and Bourbon Streets. Although walking to Canal St. via Common St., where most of the other hotels are, might feel safer especially at night. Staff at the reception desk were very helpful. The hotel also provides free luggage storage.
There were water canisters available at the lobby but did not seem to be filled up regularly.
