The DoubleTree by Hilton New Orleans is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. While the hotel itself was nice and the staff were great, guests were disappointed th (Read More)at the advertised free breakfast was not available. The service at the hotel was praised, as well as the comfortable rooms and great bar. Some guests noted that the kitchen area in the junior suite lacked towels and paper towels. There are plenty of nearby activities, restaurants, and shops, but liquor stores in the area are expensive.

Convenient location, Clean, small, needs repairs
Location was perfect walkable distance to every main attraction in NOLA Loved the coffee shop off the lobby (PJs I think)
The A/C - Heat unit in the room sounded like an old car with a noisy muffler. Impossible to drown out the sound. We had to turn it off to sleep which made the room an uncomfortable temperature to sleep. Parking was $48-$52 during our stay Breakfast on lobby level was very pricey and not that good

Most amazing worry free stay,check in on planet & comfortable
Jake exceeded his job duties from the second I met him, he was a super friendly face....made me & my family feel like family. He assisted us with great restaurants to go to as well as helping with are commuting...he is that extra warm sensation on cold day...I did not want to leave ty Jake ( Sunshine)
Absolutely nothing bo complaints at all, the receptionist was amazing as well I am not sure what her name is but I believe she is expecting..Beautiful Soul...very helpful

The bed was comfortable. The location is great. The hotel and room was very clean.
The staff at the front desk, morning and night wasn't pleasant. They had a bad attitude towards the customers.
