Great location between French quarter and warehouse district

First room had tiny bathroomasked for a change.better bathroom.

They threw out and replaced bar soap daily. That is a waste. Free coffee was not ready the one morning we wanted it.

Lied about service they said they provided and charged me for it

Beautiful and convenient location

I told the hotel via messaging thru booking.com that my brother and his wife had first anniversary. I asked them if they could do wine and stuff upon check in. The message from hotel was that they got it taken care of while nobody ever brought anything to any of 2 rooms we stayed at. I got charged $80 for this service yet nothing was ever delivered to the room . They lied about it being delivered, I have been reaching out to them for a month, leaving voice mails, they lied about delivering those items to the room and will not return my calls. When called first time, billing dept said they believed it was an error and that they would call me back and never did

Overall the stay was pleasant. It was just boring without a tv and they were booked so they couldn't move us to anot

It was a nice luxury looking property. The staff was friendly and nice.

Our tv didn't work and the engineer came to fix it but couldn't. I also stepped on someone else stud earring in the shower.

Exceptional

Ill be back to stay

The heat and air didnt work properly and the vent door was hanging and falling when we walk in and fell as we slept through the night

Other than that everything else was outstanding Ill be back its was close to everything I want to be around

My stay was okay.

I liked the location and the staff was friendly. I ordered food and it was good. Folks at the valet were great.

The beds were poor quality as is the fact they were so low to the floor. I did not sleep well. Also had to call about noise but it was handled.

Good - but F&B was lacking.

Overall everyone was great and this hotel is easy to check in and out ofgreat layout.

Youve closed the restaurant and had very little food offerings in the bar for evening and breakfast. This morning you had no staff. And asked my family to come sit at the bar for service. This is the biggest challenge you need to overcome. At the very least, a property of the reputation of Le Meredians need to have a beautiful, full service breakfast and a more varied bar menu.
