The Holiday Inn New Orleans-Downtown Superdome is a basic and clean hotel in a perfect location. The staff is kind and helpful, providing excellent service and suggestions for activities. The coffee (Read More)shop and restaurant on-site are good, and the room amenities are satisfactory. However, there were some issues with vending machines running out of water, TV outages, and noisy AC. Overall, it is a convenient option for those attending events at the Superdome.

Too many electrical, television and WiFi quirks.

Cleaning staff was great

The hotel is in a great location, close to everything. The room was really clean and the staff was great.

The location is excellent and the hotel is super clean. The outdoor patio is such a great bonus! And the beds were the most comfortable Ive ever slept it.

My room was facing a live music venue that was loud and went a little late the first night.
