About the breakfast I was on time around 8:30 when I asked for a bread she said its done we dont have anymore, I went outside with my family to have a breakfast

In general it was very good, I would choose the same hotel again if I returned to Chicago on vacation.
The location is excellent, close to all attractions and easy to take transportation.
The facilities are in line with the hotel category, it is not new but it is good for the price.

Enjoyed our stay overall besides the rooms being hot and not being able to cool it down.
I liked the kitchen in rooms, with sofa, pull out bed, spacious. Staff was super nice and helpful in whatever you needed, and patient.
I did not like how hot the room was and how only the heat worked because it was under 55 outside. Just because it was cold outside the air should still work so you could comfortable. You could open the window but due to safety reasons it only opened about 5 inches but even with the window open it did not cool the room down. Other than that the stay was enjoyable. Until they make it to where the heat and the air work at the sametime I know this hotel will continue to get complaints about it. It will also stop the 5 star rating review. I would have given this facility 5 stars if it wasn't for only the heat working because of the temperature outside.

The location was great Walking distance to attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Water Tower mall is very close as well as the 360 Chicago.
The staff was very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was good, and had a variety of options.
