Despite some minor issues like loose equipment and a bad odor in the building, the Sonder at Commerce provided a comfortable stay. The staff was polite and professional during check-in and promptly a (Read More)ddressed any concerns, such as a broken toaster. The location in downtown Dallas was convenient for exploring the city and transportation. However, there were some complaints about a flashing smoke alarm light and a clogged toilet upon arrival. Overall, the Sonder was praised for its cleanliness and communication. The only major downside was the lack of available parking in the Salter garage.
