Excellent hotel and staff!
Breakfast at Balta was great. Staff was great all around. Room was very clean and quiet.
The elevators are pretty slow considering it's serving a 40 story building. The toilet paper in the room could be more softer and plusher.

Staff is excellent but the hotel is not worth $600/ night
The buffet breakfast was excellent but the meals at Citizen restaurant were not so good
The billing was not correct - the transport drivers were putting more hours for money than actually used . Some of the tours were horrible. In city walking tour , the driver drove us around the crowded streets for three hours and billed us $330 . It took me three visits while checking out to get my bill corrected. The left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing

-the rooms were exceptional, beds soft, tub luxurious and views amazing.
-the heated indoor pool stunning
-the onsite restaurants
-the warm greetings everywhere you go
-if you have club access you must go each day for drinks and snacks
-the close attention to detail, design and color in each space is simply divine
