The staff was awesome everyone from the scurity , host at the desk , Cook and Bartender. Good job Alice , Ruben , David ! And thanks for the senior at the desk and the security guy who helps me to extend my stay by walking me the bank late during the night

Great location if not for the noisy road. Maybe thats everywhere in CDMX?

Good creative suite. Washer/dryer in the room. Rooftop bar for breakfast and drinks. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room felt like it could have done with a fresh coat of paint and some small touching up here and there. Lots of road noise.

The hotel was really nice! Super close to Chapultapec Park so the location was great and also within walking distance of Reforma Ave.

I really enjoyed by stay so there was nothing I didn't like.

I wouldn't stay again if I am looking for a 5-star experience.

The room was great, but the bathroom was claustrophobic. The hotel is too small, doesn't deserve to be called a 5 star. It could be 3 star, maybe 4 but definitely not 5. Location is not exactly in Polanco but a bit outside. Not a happening area and very few good places around. The staff was fantastic though, especially the restaurant staff.

The hotel property itself. Definitely not 5 star. Just one restaurant, a small building which is not impressive, very small lobby. Very small bathroom. Right near the main road, so noisy.
