Very bad stay and unfriendly staff.

Location was good. Having courtains in the room is nice as well, to get some privacy is such a big dorm. They have lockers for everyone.

Staff was really unfriendly. There is no understanding of what hospitality means. I reached at the property and got shiftet to another property, because I (women) was not allowed to stay at the property, because only men are allowed to,. I dont understand that, because I booked a mixed dorm, but this seems to not exist. So I had to walk to the other property. The staff was not helpful for anything. There is no water, so if you reach late at night please make sure to bring some water, if not you have to stay thirsty. Then its mentioned that you can pay by card. This option was not available and instead of saying sorry or explaining that this is their fault they got even more unfriendly than they have already been and ignored my complain. There are only 2 showers for about 30 people, which is definitely not enough. The rooms are very small as well. i was so happy that I could check out directly the next morning and leave this place.

Very good

I had a wonderful time at your hostel! The service was top-notch, and the staff, especially Iqbal was always attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I felt safe and secure during my stay. The location was convenient. Thank you Sohail Bhai.

During my recent stay at this place, I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the washroom was impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was quite disappointed to find the bed in my room to be dirty, which definitely affected my comfort during the stay. The room itself was on the smaller side, and unfortunately, it also had a lingering unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore. While the cleanliness of the washroom was commendable, the issues with the bed, room size, and odor were significant drawbacks that detracted from the overall experience of my stay.

Friendly place far from downtown Mumbai

Comfortable sleeping rooms, friendly upstairs terrace.

Bathrooms are uncomfortable: there is no shelf to place a few belongings (such as a change of clothes) during the shower. The area is nice but far from the city center. It takes one hour to get to CSMT from the Hostel via metro and train.
