Better to train that reception supervisor to let her deal more professional.
Location
They changed me for 2 rooms in corner ( they call it family room ) while I used only one single room.
There was reception supervisor ( dont know her name but she is blond hair color), she is not professional in dealing with issues. She misses to be sympathy with customers. Rather than she try to bring solutions, she shows disgusting smile and tells the customer it is your mistake.

Absolutely fantastic location, the most central Ive ever stayed in the warmest cosiest hotel! Will be back.
The room was so amazing and cosy. Brilliant view. Was quite worried about the ferry, but it was just always there and quite fun!
