Unit we stayed in needs a makeover, wouldnt rush back.

Good shuttle service, helpful staff at reception. Warm & clean. Was nice to have an open fireplace. Good laundry setup in room. Storage lockers for skis.

Unit was very dated, the beds were very uncomfortable and no one slept particularly well. Bed linen needs refreshing. Bathrooms were small with very little space to store toiletries. Parking was charged additionally $30/day. Felt like it was overpriced for what we got.

Location to Vail Village was perfect. We ended up with an outside facing room so that was great for the view. The free van was great getting us back and forth from the villages was convenient.

The beds weren't comfortable to sleep in. I get that the condo has owners but it was really weird having there pictures all over the place. It felt like we were intruding on the space.

The city

I chose an apartment with a balcony and a mountain view on a high floor. But they put me in the opposite place than I booked. Tree view without balcony. Then they moved me to an apartment on a lower floor, and it was not clean. The bed was not clean and the coffee machine had moldy coffee. The microwave and smart TV channels not work. They cleaned it and replaced the microwave during my stay. But compared to the amount of money that was taken It was disappointing. also, the receptionist, Skinny blonde woman was treated me not polit. Although I am a regular customer, every time I visit Vail I stay at Simba. But this time was not good.

Passable

Nice enough place and cheap for the amount of space in Vail for a last minute purchase.

The setup was nice in that it was good for multiple bedrooms.

The staff was downright rude, the property seemed to not be kept up well (toilet handles not working, for example), and there were very little to no amenities

The beddings, my wife had severe skin allergies due to the beddings, I dont know if it was newly change?,other than that the pillow case are old and dirty. If your looking for value of money look for other place to stay.
