The staff here went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met!
The breakfast buffet offered different options mostly asian but you can still order western/european options from their a la carte menu. I want to highlight the superior service of Ms. Hn which every morning greeted me with a smile and remembered small details about my preferences! Also to the chef Dung for teaching me new dishes! He was so kind to recommend special dishes for me!
That was so nice and made my stay here very pleasant.
The complementary afternoon tea was lovely, sometimes with live music! The tea selection and the menu varied every day (even more than the breakfast). Thanks to Phuong, also for teaching me how to eat the vietnamese dishes! He was very kind!
Overall, everyone in the restaurant, Thao, Nan the supervisor and even the new staff (Khang) were so so friendly and attentive.
The rooftop pool, looks like a jacuzzi its small but you get beautiful views and sunsets.
The executive room was spacious and clean! They gave me fruits and chocolates and a welcome message! what a lovely touch!
Finally, the hotel's central location allows easy access to major attractions by foot. The Silverland Yen Hotel is noteworthy choice that you should consider while visiting Ho Chi Minh!
