Perfect location, Nice Hotel

Everything was great. Location, breakfast, staff and also a cosy rooftop with 3 nice small Jacuzzis in different temperatures which we used few times to chill out and enjoyed the music. We will definitely get back!

Good address in Saigon 1min walking from the market

I loved my room, its size and the very comfy bed, as well as the Japanese toilet! The location is good for the Bin Tanh market and there are lots of restaurants and spas, shops nearby. Alley, Andrew and Desi at reception were exceptionally friendly and professional, their English was also very good.

I got upgraded to the 8th floor which was great but it actually is just below the 9th floor where the restaurant is located, therefore you can hear the tables and chairs beeing moved in the morning when guests have breakfast.... also, I believe I could hear the rooftop pool engine during the night.

Exceptional

The hotel was way more than we expected, and the highlight of our stay in Saigon. The hotel was beautiful & up to date, and the staff was always available for anything we asked, especially Kenny, Jolie & Alley. They even surprised my husband with the most delicious cake on his birthday! The location is perfect for shopping as it is walking distance to all the great markets, as well as amazing restaurants nearby.

Clean rooms and cosy atmosphere. Enjoyed sitting at the small roof top. The staff was the best! Alley, Jolie, Desi and the trainee Trang was really helpful with local tips about the city. Kenny and Erik was very attentive with helping with luggage and always asking if I needed help. They even came unexpectedly to the room to help with the luggage when checking out. I had only briefly mentioned when I would leave for the airport. Staff made the stay wonderful.
