Comfortable and enjoyable.

Good location, clean room and wash room, beautiful mountain view, prompt and efficient service. Food from the in-house restaurant was good.

Some food items (Poori and Aloo Bhaji) were very oily.

Good location, close to Nandi Hills. Nice staff. Good Parking.

Good location, close to Nandi Hills. Nice staff. Good Parking. Good, simple breakfast options. We planned to walk up the old steps to Nandi Hills for Sunrise so we checked-in in late afternoon and drove around nearby and went up the hill the next morning, then came down and checked-out at noon. They also have a nice, clean swimming pool.

Wonderful location and most comfortable mattress Ive found in all of India!

Location was awesome! View of the mountain and Marriot next door for five star restaurant. Safe and quiet area. Nature lovers dream.

Staff was Ill prepared to deal with foreign check in. Problems with credit card reader. Difficulty with English. Many comminication problems. Took an hour to check in.

The room itself was nice, and the view was pretty (although the area in front of the hotel is quite messy). The food in the restaurant was quite tasty too.

Overall the hotel is not very well kept, e.g. there was a broken window in the hallway, and the sofa in my room was half collapsed. Unfortunately it was also quite noisy: I got woken up early both days I stayed there, despite using earplugs. Then during the day they were drilling in the hall. All of the above would have been ok, after all it's a relatively cheap place, based on that it would have been a 7. I'm dropping 1 star though for the payment and checkout process. Their payment system doesn't accept foreign credit cards. That is not unusual, many places in India don't. However in this case they were convinced they do, they made me try to pay with a credit card at least ten times in total (different employees, plus twice they claimed they fixed it and made me try again). When it didn't work, they blamed my cards not working, even though I used two different ones. I offered using an alternative form of payment (e.g. in another place I made a transfer with Wise), or pick up cash from an ATM, as long as they'd give me a lift. Nope, they kept pushing with the credit card. Finally after an hour or so they sent me a PayPal link and the saga was over. Or was it. At checkout I needed to settle the food and car bill. I thought it would be easy, since we've already figured out that PayPal is the way to go. Nope! We went back to the credit card (because this time it really was fixed, except -surprise!- it wasn't). Then I had to insist on getting an itemised bill, and good that I did as they double charged me for the car rental. Then it took forever for them to issue the PayPal invoice. The whole process took 40 minutes. Thankfully I planned to leave for the airport with enough margin, but it was getting tight anyway.
