Very polite stuff. All the people are super polite. We have read reviews about rude stuff that chasing you for tips... we haven't seen anything like this!!! Nobody asked for tip... you tip if you want to and you need to chase the stuff if you want to tip them as they move quickly. A lot of activities around the pools and on the beach. Animation team is nice. Shows on the theater every second night, on the other nights live performances on the terrace bar. Mostly Germans, no British which is good :) The hotel is super clean, they clean all the time. The room is super clean, changing towels every day, cleaning the room every day. Food is really good with a lot of variety. You also have 1 night at a A la carte restaurant... (4 a la carte restaurants) and we dont recommend the World Kitchen restaurant as it is in the other hotel which is connected to this one... and it wasnt that good. The main restaurant of the hotel is quite good so you dont need anything else :)

We didnt like the beds... it wasn't on our taste. They are big , clean, sheets are soft.. but mattress can be better.

hotel is quite cozy and comfortable, stuff is very friendly and helpful. a lot of retired guests from Germany. we watched a great show from Brazil about Michael Jackson

a room for children was small and dark, without windows covered swimming pool is situated in another building and it causes some inconvenience for guests

A nice relaxing short holiday for couples. nice staff and good facilities. very clean and good level of food served.

very clean and comfortable modern

beds rather hard. lunch only served in one building so get rather wet going from one building to the other, umbrellas would have been useful

Beautiful hotel/Best all inclusive

Everything was perfect. Best all inclusive I have ever had in my life. Everything is soo beautiful in the hotel. You also get your mini fridge filled up every day for free, like Fanta,cola,beer and water. Big bottles by the way. The coffee shop was amazing too. Delicious cakes and sweets. Awesome coffee and other cold and hot beverages. At 12 at night restaurant was open for soup,bread , some hot dishes ,cakes and fruit. The room was really beautiful with comfortable bed.

The swimming pool was extremely cold. That's the only negative. Instead went to the beach and water was really warm.

I will never come here again.

The room was very cute.

1. After checking in, the porter did walked out of our room for five minutes, waiting for tips. It was very unpleasant. 2. Very loud music from 10 am till 11 pm every day. 3. All food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very very tasteless. It was impossible to eat. 4. Pillows was uncomfortable, we always had a neck ache. 5. The private hotel beach is not quite clean - a lot of cigarettes butts in the sand.
