Marvelous.

Very excellent beautiful all-inclusive hotel. 2 shopping plaza & tour operator right outside the gate. Food, drinks & service excellent!

There was no bacon or pork sausage for breakfast. No pork for lunch or dinner.

Enjoyable comfortable stay. Close to shops and a mini market.

Range and variety of food was good. Choice of fruit was amazing.

There was no separate iron available in rooms or to borrow from reception. Apart from the paid service

Overall a great hotel with excellent service and food but need change unfriendly lady in front desk

Hotel, food, location, beach, media team and price point was fantastic. Majority of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We actually had a great experience overall. The only issue I found is the service provided at the front of the house. It was just 1 person in particular, she was working on a Monday late afternoon (it was checkout day). We asked a question and she seemed unfriendly, she did not smile and looked annoyed. I am not sure if its becauase she didnt like us because we spoke in English because when she spoke to the German customers she seemed friendly.

Many thanks to the animation team for great entertainment and support. If it weren't for this team at your hotel, my vacation would have been ruined

Hotel is aimed at German guests only. I came from England and felt constant discomfort. If the staff does not cater to English-speaking guests, this information must be provided when booking

The food was good and there was a lot of variety.

The staff was unprofessional that they prioritized the tables where people keep tipping them. Then it made us feel we also have to tip even though it should be all inclusive. Otherwise, they skip our table. There was also a musty smell coming from the bathroom. I believe it is the drain and that was very disturbing at the times when we are at the room. On one of the nights we used the private restaurant at the hotel and there was a piece of human hair on the fried calamari.

Disappointing

Nice hotel, disappointed for the reasons above

All inclusive, food and room good

No staff seemed to speak very good English I found them overall abrupt with me. My room was wrong, first of all I got told as a single traveller thats why Id got two single beds. I said Id booked and paid for a double and showed the receptionist on my phone. Then he managed to change me to a room with a double bed as I had booked. I asked for late checkout, said have to wait till after breakfast on the day which did not give me time to organise my day, the day before Then told me after breakfast, no not possible. The pool was great but no sunbed left for me. The pool guy did not understand what I wanted, I had to use my hands to describe. I dont think English speaking should be advertised as the hotel really caters for German and Russian visitors overall.
