The reception guy was 1 out of 10 Very rude, ignored us when we arrived for our check in Very arogant when we called the reception to ask for some details about an extra service

Badroom was so dirty, asking so many times to clean a shower was horrible black its not even 4* quality. Drinks fake , its not possible to ask for diffrent coctails just 4 of them and beer. Never again

Good inclusive hotel worth the value you pay for

Staff was friendly and let us have lunch while waiting for our check in to be finished. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Many food choices throughout the day and short walk to the beach. We had the option from the Animators to go out and party at the Old Town which was a great experience. Staff at the Spa were very nice and accommodating. If you go out of the hotel, there are many stores to go shopping.

Alcohol included was not good quality - I suggest that in the future, they put an option for guests to pay extra to get better drinks. A bit of waiting as sometimes there's no table for big groups when the special food offered outside.

It's a good place a bit removed from the city center. You need to catch a minibus or a taxi if you want to get there. The food was quite varied.

Smart looking three star hotel with a five star label

Very clean and well kept pool, most staff helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, choice of drinks was OK even though the quality was only fair at best

Service from some staff was not friendly, food average, wines were seriously undrinkable, pool was very cold, smoky smell near staff room in the hallways.
