Clean, bit noisy, good price but not really serviced

Great location within walking distance of the shopping mall Siam Paragon. Fair price.

When I arrived and after entering a code to access the building and another code to access the room keycard, the room door requested another code which I didnt have. Hotline by phone and by LINE did not answer for 30 minutes so I was sitting in the lobby trying to reach someone until finally someone spoke to my via a webcam and gave me the final code to open the door. Bit like an adventure game The room was very noisy due to outside traffic. The earplugs in the room did help.

Empty reception with weed shop nearby

Good location near the BTS station and shopping area of Bangkok. Room price is reasonable compare to hotel prices in the same area.

Reception always empty. Nobody meet customers and they propose to leave luggage near the empty front desk without any security control. We informed that we travel together with two kids, but hotel forgot to provide bedsheet and extra pillows and charged extra 500 THB for that. Room have a lack of hangers for clothes and no wardrobe. There is weed coffee shop on the 1st floor in the same building. It smells and environment for family traveling is not good.

Location is good . Rooms are clean.

Didnt realize about the self service style checkin . But wasnt really an issue. The room I stayed in (room 3), all the soap dispenser didnt really work well.

Overall, a really worth place to stay!

Location wise pretty in the centre and near to BTS station. Nearby also got halal food and several 7-E stores. Even tho no receiptionist present but the checkin/out process is quite smooth and fast respond.

A slight issues, just can hear car noise in the surrounding area.

It was a cheap two night stay. Get what you pay for a three star hotel.

Easy to check in and out despite having no staff on site.

The showers are old and rusty and the drainage did not work well.
