Small but clean place..A family run place..worth staying away from a busy town..but its located in walking distance( if you use stairs, it's a 5min walk ). Around 2.5km from the city center (by vehicle).

This accommodation has very good price quality ratio. Clean room. Hot shower. View on surroding. Breakfest sufficient.

This accomodation is on hill, so is not so easy walk there with luggage without tuktuk. No equipment - furniture like wardrobe. Staff - owners want for transport more than tuktuk.

This hotels owners is the rudest persons (Husband and Wife) I have ever come across in sri lanka. Doesnt have basic business knowledge at all. For any business their customers are key. But this arrogant person doesnt have any idea what he is doing. This person has no idea what good customer service is. If you are planning to book a hotel in Nuwara Eliya, my advice is DONT stay in Hotel Shiny View You will have a very bad experience. There are plenty of hotels in Nuwara Eliya. They will give you good customer service and reasonable price. enjoy your time while you are in Sri Lanka. Dont ruin your holiday because of people like this.
