Superb

Ideal for our purposes

Very convenient for our plans ( a visit to the Fine Art Museum) & only a short walk from the Back Bay train station, and nearby restaurants. Comfortable beds. Friendly & helpful staff.

The reception didnt answer me for extra charges they toke from my credit card and didnt reimburse me back for theses charges ! I also went twice asking them in person and they never came back with an answer !

Disappointing

Bathtub and faucet finish in bathroom cracked and really showing its age. View only of a windowless building next-door. Fitness center had several broken machines and missing barbells. Just really needs to be redone.
