best place to live in Jaisalmer with wonderful ambience and amazing quality of food the staff was very curious and always helpful then desert Safari there in towards just wonderful experience we will never forget Mr Sonu bhai is a very good person over all experience was just amazing and we will surely recommend this camp for wonderful experience there were a lot of foreigners also at the camp so people looking to travel from abroad should definitely visit this place

We had an extremely good experience in this camp - the room was brilliant, the food was great, the cultural programme was fantastic and above all, the staff was very courteous and respectful and arranged for the perfect jeep safari and camel ride - overall, it was the best experience one can have in the Sam Dunes of Jaisalmer - really recommend it to everyone for having a memorable tour!

Best property in jaisalmer with amazing thar desert view and the best Rajasthani cuisine the staff is super friendly and helpful with everything the desert safari experience was just amazing this is the best property to stay in jaisalmer the service was top notch

Nothing it's all about money making. With no focus on quality, better not to try it

Starting from check in, the staff was so much afraid that they wanted the entire payment at that time only, this usually happens when you are sure about the bad quality you are giving, the rooms were dirty and stinking food was unhygienic and tasteless, they had no water glasses in the room, In fact we had to purchase it inside the camp, no hot water in the bathroom and after repeated complaints we were told that they can't do anything IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY ONLY THEN VISIT THIS PLACE

Worst experience in Jaisalmer

Only the folk dance in the evening

1. Staff behaviour was not at all good and specially the manager was treating the guest like he was paying to stay at the hotel (worst manager I have seen so far in any hotel) 2. Everyone was looking for tip but they were not concerned about the facility of their guest. 3. We stayed their for 2 days, food was same for both the days so that means you can not have any change in the menu, not even a single dish was different 4. Even though they have restaurant but if you ask them for tea they will directly say Big No to you as it is not allowed for them to serve, although you are okay to pay them additional price for it. 5. No got water facility was provided, may be for an hour in morning but you can not expect everyone to have bath at the same time. 6. In summary, I had the worst experience staying at the place and won't recommend anyone to stay there even for a single day. There are many other such tents where you can have a good stay with family.

It was not clean and parasailing experience was worst.

I asked manager for change the tent and He did it. Thanks for that.

Its not enough clean. Bad smell from the basin and not getting hot water in the morning. The package of parasailing was worst, that guys said its windy so we can make you fly for few minutes. Dont take pakage of camel ride and parasailing.

the pictures advertising the property are deceiving. the dance and music at night was not as expected. the food was cold and unimpressive.
