    Clean rooms, excellent location with great view on the fort from the rooftop terrace. Staff always ready to help. Good restaurant. Well organized non touristy desert safari. A very good stay!

    Awesome and wholesome experience. All the staff, right from arival , to the reception, room service, food and beverage department...everyone was a delight to interact with. Very friendly and helpful. Devjibhai is very nice person ,he helped us lots Will definitely recommend it for family or friend groups. They made our stay so memorable that I hope to return there again just to experience their hospitality. The facilities, ambience and overall look and feel of the place is par excellence. The best part of our Rajasthan trip was to stay at the Shahi palace Jaisalmer.

    I recently had one of the best stays at this hotel in Jaisalmer. The property's aesthetics and room comfort were outstanding, but what truly set it apart was the exceptionally courteous ambiance. Mr. Dev, the owner, along with his son Akshay, and the entire hotel crew, transformed this place into more than just a hotel it felt like a home. Despite numerous accommodation options in Jaisalmer, the unparalleled sense of responsibility demonstrated by the staff to fulfill any guest request or desire made our experience truly special. I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, groups, families, couples basically, anyone seeking a brilliant spot just behind the Sonar Kella. The commitment to guest satisfaction goes above and beyond, making it a standout choice. Bonus points for the rooftop restaurant offering delicious food and a relaxed ambiance. This place exceeded my expectations, and I'm sure it will do the same for any traveler seeking an exceptional and welcoming stay in Jaisalmer
