Superb

Interesting stay!

Heidi and her story made the stay worthwhile. The decoration and her passion for the hotel is overwhelming. The room was large and out of town with its own tuk-tuk to get you to where you want.

The hotel was clean, lovely and quirky. Some basics like hot water, internet have room for improvement.

A perfect room, with lovely views!

My room was fabulously decorated and had everything I needed for my stay. The shower was hot and powerful, I had missed that in my last few hotels in Sri Lanka. Breakfast was hearty and the staff were superb.

Run and avoid to stay there

They have a good breakfast

The room and the house was freezing, the Internet didnt work in the room, it was working correctly only one electric connection next to bed, the bathroom was dirty and quite uncomfortable to take a shower. if you want to have lunch or dinner there is only one option around.

A Wonderfully restorative stay surrounded by stunning beauty and a totally lovely and fascinating host.

Wowwhere to start? The place is gorgeous! The host/artist has poured her heart and talent into this place with great effect. We loved our room and the view of Lake Gregory. The host is very responsive to guest needsshe is a very hard worker. The best bed weve had in Sri Lana. Its a terrific value.

Heidi in Wonderland

Where do I begin. We walked into what can only be described as a truly magical testament to the mildly surrealist genius that is Heidis mind Every single inch is a piece of art, each wall a slightly psychedelic masterpiece that somehow go together perfectly. The art is only half the story. Heidi is charm personified and could not be more helpful. The second you meet her you feel she is a deep kind soul. Who you somehow feel blessed to have met. Onto more mundane things The beds bedding and duvets are the cosiest I think I have ever slept and the breakfast was excellent All in all an exceptional experience Thank you Heidi.you made something magical here.

A great experience for a night

A very interesting place to stay! The rooms are all painted by Heidi and when you meet her you can see her artistic streak. She is very friendly and will advise you on whatever you need. The room was a good size, comfortable and very clean. The only problem (which I think is due to the town itself) is that everything was quite damp/humid. We were given a heater in the room and that helped us keep warm when we were in bed.

Breakfast was a very good-size portion, but a bit heavy!
