    Great location but not a comfortable properry
    The staff wants your stay to be comfortable
    The pictures are over glamed up. The reality is different. We stayed in room which was not at all looking like pictures. The bathroom had broken exhaust, which meant all bathroom smell used to come in main room The prices were jacked up due to diwali and we paid 6000 per night. This is what you pay to a five star property in main city. I was not expecting 5 star service but least a comfortable room and good mattress. The food quality is average and thankfully it was not over priced. Overall, this property needs a lot of improvement to stay is business.

    1. Property is located around 1.6 km from the main beach but in booking.com it is wrongly advertised as 300 m. 2. AC not working at all. Very badly managed property. 3. We had ordered for bread omelette in the morning breakfast. The bread was very old with fungus on it. Very bad unhealthy food. 4. Walls of the room was not painted for long time the wall chips were falling off.. 5. The cost of the room was around 6500 per night but it was not even worth for Rs. 1000 6. Booking.com should verify the properties before empaneling them for the offerings they claim.

    They helped in removing the lizards. The resort had an army of lizards everywhere... Creepy ... I understand that the location will have unwanted creature around but this wasn't just bz of the locality but bz the cleanliness was zero.
    The rooms are not like the way they are shown in the site. Cleanliness not that great. The staffs were helpful but we had to tell them everything even the basic thing like to keep the toiletey in the washroom. Food wasnt that great in taste and fish and prawns not cleaned well, wasnt fresh either.

    Misleading information. Deluxe room with Balcony has no balcony, they tell you to consider the corridor next to reception as balcony.

    This is not resort...no garden area as it pets frndly but there no place where your furry baby and your kids roam around. Room also not good as we booked premium room. Its very over priced and looks like some shady place where all the staff staring you. Note: Don't book this property to see the photos...its completely different.

    Not as shown the staff working there doesn't even knows the rooms booked for the date and every 5 mins he says I'll call and confirm not at all worth it its not a resort its like a abandoned bungalow taken on lease for business. It says resort and Cafe no Cafe is situated there

    There is no balcony in the room. bed and blanket was not good. no towel, soap, glass or tissue paper was provided!!!
