Extremely friendly staff and always there to help, All tours we took in cebu were able to pick us up at the hotel and it's a quick walk to restaurants and the mall

There was a smell coming from the trap in the washroom that wouldn't go away.

The staff are friendly,helpful & accommodating.The food is ok but the service is a little slow.

We recommend centralize airconditioning for the entire building as we felt uncomfortable once you are already out of your room,hallways & elevators.

Disappointing

Very disappointing, we went to change our booking and it ended up practically costing us as much.

Unfortunately I didnt enjoy the property, our upgraded room with a view was very disappointing . The only positive would be the room was very spacious.

Our Air com unit was very noisy and with out it running at night the room was very humid, We had upgraded to a deluxe room with Bath tub but the water during a shower was timid at best.

Was a try worth it but I never come back and cant recommend it

- location was good

- AC was not working properly - AC was full with mold and dust (very bad maintained) - The booked and paid room was not available, we got a 2 bed room. - Breakfast buffet is more looking like a lunch buffet - drinks at the breakfast buffet are very cheap mixed tang powders in different flavors - the silicone in the bathroom was moldy - bathroom curtain was in a very bad and old shape (rusty on the fixation points) - staff was not really willing to speak English - staff is always around the lobby and breakfast area but it looks like they all dont know what to do.
