A recreation of the historic classic chalet, the Bungalows within Sandy Beach were originally built for scuba divers due to its proximity to the old Diving Center. This studio oriented room has a queen size bed as well as a kitchenette and includes a private outdoor seating terrace along with BBQ facilities within the lush gardens. If you have never visited This resort I highly recommend you go check it out. Weve been going for odd weekends for over 20 years as its beautifully natural, staff are amazing. Diving snorkeling are great and this year my hubby got to see 4 sharks (reef) which made his entire break lots of wonderful sea life such a great place and not stuffy like other hotels .. totally relaxed

Nice beach hotel in al aqqa
Very good Hotel on the Beach. Nice restaurants, Decent size pool, friendly staff. the property is bit old but well maintained. location is calm. there is an alcohol retail store nearby, which is handy if you do not want to pay the high price of alcohol at their bars.
the price of the stay and price of drinks. This is no Miramar or Intercontinental.

The beach is very nice and staff are friendly. Although no one asked us how our stay was before leaving.
The room window had no net, but it did in some other rooms. So the room was full of mosquitos.
The AC is very old and loud.
The curtains were very dirty, looked like black mold.
The room wasn't fully equipped with all the towels when we arrived, including one for the floor. Also no ear buds or cotton pads, basic amenities.
Wifi is very weak.
Bad ventilation in toilets.
Breakfast is a 3/10. Veggies are old and options are minimal. Even the coffee was okay the first day but not good the second.

Heaven.
The whole vibe is relaxed and friendly and kept beautifully. The location is unbeatable.
Could do with more utensils for the bbq in the chalets.
