Very beautiful hotel and scenery

Very remote and need to get a 30 minute taxi boat every time you want to go to the main part of phi phi island. This can be expensive and very inconvenient especially at night.

Had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful resort with various restaurants, pools, access to a beautiful beach and cove. Lots of activities. Fantastic service and staff.

The food at the restaurants was somewhat average but to be honest that seems to be the case at most hotels Ive stayed at. Theres really good food at local restaurants outside the hotel.

- The shower pressure was great and the buggy pick up service was fast.

- when we arrived they first mixed us up with another guest with the same name but different last name, which means they had no record of all the pre booked and pre paid dinners we paid and booked. we booked a private dinner on the beach of which the image was a light up dinner table completely alone on the beach. firstly they forgot about it and when we tried to follow up they couldnt help us on a time or location or any information regarding the dinner. we had to speak to 5 people ,to finally get an answer after spending our entire christmas day chasing the staff members for a answer and when we arrived the dinner was not private it was nestled between a few tables that they consider private dining . - the location of the hotel is not the main phi phi island which is okay if you looking for more quiet area, however getting to the actual entrance of the hotel was not mentioned to us. We had to take a speed boat, to take a small boat and then either walk in the ocean to the shore or there is a tractor and then after you are on the shore you then take a buggy 10 minute drive to the entrance.

An exceptional little gem in the ocean.

The variety of food choices and restaurants was amazing. The taxi and shuttle services the hotel provided was good. I really enjoyed the pool that was available.

One of the pools was closed for refurbishment which I did not know about until arrival. Sometimes the gardening and hedge trimming took place during the day so this was a little noisy but totally fine.

The resort is literally paradise.

Beautiful spot with lovely facilities. Wish we had more time to explore it. Pool, tennis court, rooms- all amazing!!

Not very accommodating to dairy allergies. Food in general maybe look elsewhere as it is pretty average. There is lovely local restaurants nearby.

Nice location, nice concept with bungalows and surrounded by nature.

Not great if you are going with little kids (2y/o), it is very difficult to get from Phuket to the hotel with kids and luggage. In the mornings because of low tide there was literally no beach. The staff was not friendly and everything inside the hotel was very expensive and overpriced. The worst of all, you need to pay for bottled water from the minibar. No bottled water available for free.
