Pleasant

Smack in the middle of La Ramblas and thus walking distance to several attractions. Hotel lobby is bright, modern and classy looking. hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Paid for 2 rooms with view of La Ramblas, however the rooms fell short from the pictures on Booking.com. Hotel wifi was weak too.

- Location. - Friendly staff especially Mr. Sergei. He helped me to a lot and solved a problem I had with my booking. Id like to thank him and thank Mr. Jerard & Ms. Anna.

Construction work and noise in the property every morning till noon. I couldnt have a good sleep during my stay because of that. They start early at 8:20! and would continue until ~ 2 p.m. I called many times but problem was not solved. No duvet covers for the bed. No hair conditioner. No slippers and I had to ask for it.
