Disappointing

The location was amazing.

We had to prebook the spa, nobody reminded us so we ended up missing the reservation. Two certain staff that worked nights were EXTREMELY rude. I ordered room service and my salmon was half cooked, half raw. The room was 30 degrees and we had to open our windows at night. Our room was right next to a walkway, we asked reception how to make the room colder and we went out, came back and one of the male receptionists had opened our door with my 2 thousand pound laptop out on show. There was also a ladder right next to our room so anyone could of broke in. At breakfast there was no hot chocolate in the machine for our whole 4 night stay. I asked a woman if it would be possible to refill it. She basically told me its because im english and i need to press the English button for it to work? I speak Spanish so i know i wasnt pressing the wrong button. And anyone could see it was empty in both machines. I also heard staff talking badly about us in Spanish thinking we didnt understand. The beds were extremely comfy and the location is amazing. The staff let this place down unfortunately.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Location and accommodating friendly staff

There was a foul odor in the bathroom on our first day but after I brought it to the attention of the hotel it was attended to and resolved immediately the following day.
