Absolutely well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast menu which was. Free. Friendly and helpful staff.. if you should stay there ask for Nan to be your tour guide and driver. Usually parked outside on main road of Hotel. Nissan 4x4 really nice chap!

Needs a overhaul and staff training,

Old tired hotel, booked a suite that stated it had a pool view, but was given a suite at the back of the hotel, no view of the pool. Was put on the 18th Floor, where roof repair works or other goings on were noisy. Breakfast is very basic buffet, we stayed for 5 nights, but were only given on one occasion by staff, the option paper slip for Ommelettes/bacon etc, the rest of the time they couldnt be bothered to hand it out. Room booked as a suite but was basically a regular room with an adjacent apartment fitted out with a small sofa not big enough for 2 people, with an additional shower/toilet. Bizzarely they gave me an option to cancel the booking just a few days before arrival at the busy time of Christmas and after all excursions and picks ups had been planned.

The location is fantastic. Close to the town and night market. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the bedrooms were large. We would definitely stay again.

There was a slight damp smell to the bedrooms and some of the decor was a little tired.

Spacious rooms with clean bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good, but rather mediocre offer in the continental breakfast department. Professional staff. Great swimming pool.

The hotels needs a renovation; it's a bit outdated for a 5 star rating. We were given a room where the entire bathroom floor was wet due to a water leak. Staff relocated us immediately to another room.

Great location, very pleasant and helpful Staff

Staff always ready to help as they called us all the taxis we needed and provided us with a late check out when requested. Unlike some reviews I read about this hotel, all of the staff speaks good enough English so that you can get any assistants you need during your stay.

Rooms, even though very clean and big, are a little more traditional.

A wonderful knights sleep.

This place is fit for royalty. A warm welcome in this glorious hotel decked out with finery and a spacious reception area. The rooms are big as well, with fantastic views over the city. Make sure you have a cocktail at Twist bar for a wonderful night view of Phuket Town. A piping hot shower is followed by a pleasant peaceful kip in a big fat comfy bed. But it doesn't end there. Have the delicious breakfast to start your next day. With a late check out of 12pm this is the King of all hotels in Phuket Town. I will definitely stay again.

Very hard to find fault. Just be aware that any transactions made on the premises do incure a 17 per cent fee but to be 'fare' to the hotel they do mention this. Perhaps it would be better if they just had a one off fee free price to avoid any awkwardness.

Clean spacious rooms, good&helpful staff, bakery was nice. Beds were very comfortable. The view of the rooms were amazing. Especially corner king room had beautiful sea view. Overall It was a very comfortable stay.

Breakfast had limited options for the price so we opted it out and ate from bakery. The surroundings are pretty quiet so I wouldn't prefer staying in phuket old town again.
