Should have more staff, more attention, great location, uncomfortable beds.
Close to familys house and Christmas party
The room when we first walked in had left over food in the fridge, dirty sheets, no heater. Looks like the hotel had no staff. But shouldnt rent a room if its dirty. Didnt have heater for 2 nights no staff to help and staff was aware of the no heater working and decided to rent anyways. Horrible service for such a nice location hotel

Not a good experience.
Its clean and pleasant.
Water failed while mid shower in the morning. Staff never kept us abreast of situation. Had to wait for a couple of hours for it to come back. If we hadnt been calling, we would have never known it was back. The issue was never addressed nor even mentioned upon checkout. We were only there for one night and it was enough of an experience. There are other local options in the area, I would suspect much better.
