Very good

Just what we needed: a comfortable place to stay before our flight home.

Close proximity to the airport.

There is not much to do around there. There is a shuttle to Rome, but is it at least 20 minutes. I would not recommend the hotel for turism.

Excellent staffs, I lost my phone on the taxi and the two gentlemen at front desks were so friendly and helped call the taxi hotline, thanks to the kind taxi driver, I finally got my phone back, grateful!

Breakfast was good with wide Italian selection. Short drive to airport.

VERY slow check-in and also checking-out process. It took long time even that there were not many people waiting. Clearly too slow process and then also too less staff to do those. No any restaurants near hotel, needed to eat in hotel restaurant. Ordered a beer with food, and still the man asked what water type I prefer, and brought a water to the table that cost over 5 euro even that I didn't need it. Maybe my fault but leaves a bad feeling about the dinner, and hotel.

Hotel was clean and very nice. Rooms were big and had good beds. The breakfast was very good and had a very wide variety.

The hotel charged the room twice on my creditcard. It's already been 25 days and more than 20 phonecalls, several emails and a lot of excuses but i'm still waiting on the 2000,- of my money back.

close to the airport

I waited 40 minutes to check out. There is only one staff working on it. I asked twice, finnally another one came to help us check out. When I first entered the room, there is very bad smell. The hotel is old and not worth of price. The dog in beside room barked in the early morning, which made me awake.

The property charged me for cancellation fee for a double reservation while I already explained to the reception staff that I requested the waive cancellation fee because I reserved twice by mistake !!! Booking.com you must do something to be more helpful to your customers because right now I think you dont care about your customers satisfaction after the booking is done, you only transfer to the property for any help while you have to be the one who needs to act

If you have no car, dont stay because the restaurant at night is crap.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable.

Had supper at the restaurant and it was awful. I asked for a burger with no bun and they brought me pasta. Then when they brought my burger my friend, who originally had ordered a burger didnt get hers. Even though we told them she had not received her burger it never did come. Meanwhile we are seeing burgers go flying out from the kitchen to other tables.
