Superb

Pretty good value for what it has

Security, did have an elevator which was half a flight up and small, I liked the coffee and breakfast, great value. I was very happy with it.

Would have been nice with metro closer, but with google maps did take bus 1x. Taxi 3x and walked as well

Pleasant stay in great location

Nice stay. Staff were super friendly and the location was excellent. Staff gave us a great itinerary for a 3 day stay with maps etc.

The room was spotless clean, however the bathroom had some black mould on the walls. But all in it was a nice stay and an easy fix for the Property

Musty room, no view, staff unhelpful. Great breakfast though!

Location was good, close to eateries and within walking distance of shops and some places of interest. Room was large with a big bathroom and the complimentary breakfast was lovely, with lots of options which was great.

Room was musty and dark, round bed had regular sheets on so every time you moved everything would bunch up. No view, except for a dirty void full of bird excrement, no point in opening windows or curtains. We were locked out of the entry after coming back late one afternoon/early evening, code just wouldn't work, the staff member on call was not interested in helping at all, had to wait outside until another guest came out & let us in. On arrival, we asked about organising taxis to tours & the airport two days later ... 'no problem', 'no need to book ahead', 'we have someone who can be here in 10 minutes'. At breakfast reiterating our need for a taxi, were told 'too late', 'will try' 'should have told us earlier'. No taxi available so we had to walk/run nearly 3 klms to get to our tour on time, thankfully we made it (we are 60+ years). At breakfast the next morning we mentioned that we had a flight the following day and would need the taxi we spoke of, looks of astonishment as if this had never been mentioned before (same staff member). Next morning, Taxi was booked, would be here in 8 minutes, everything appeared ok, ... getting bags from room, knock on door ... taxi has cancelled, sorry, nothing they could do. We ended up walking to the train station with all our luggage, thankfully we had allowed plenty of time, managed to grab a taxi to the airport from there, and our driver was amazing. We loved Rome but couldn't wait to get out of our accommodation.

We really liked our stay at the hotel. Alfonso and Riccardo were very kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean all the time. The breakfast was also pleasant. We really appreciated all the nice things.
