Excellent in every way!!!!

Communication from the start to the end was easy & direct. We were welcomed by Nicole with open arms. She couldn't do enough for us. Explained the area, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Mapped out places we mentioned we had in mind to visit. She even had sandwiches & drinks for us to enjoy while she explained the dos and don'ts of the city. An informative safety talk. The room was one of the best we've stayed in. We had a continental breakfast before leaving for our ride to the port of Civitavecchia, which she organized for us. Would highly recommend it!!! Thank you, Nicole and Antonio. We will be back.

Best place to stay in Rome

From arrival to departure Antonio and Nicole were amazing hosts, nothing was too much! The room was immaculately presented and had everything that we needed. The location was great, Antonio gave us lots of good recommendations for places to see and eat. Each morning we were served a tasty platter of croissants and even had a little nighttime platter on of the days! We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome!

Beautiful location, amazing staff, highly recommend

Perfect location, in a beautiful and relatively relaxed area. Close to everything, but not too close! So many wonderful restaurants on your doorstep also. The hotel was exactly as the photos, the owners were beyond helpful, they couldnt do enough for us. I would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

This place was awesome. The owners were unbelievably nice to us and the room condition was superb. I loved how theyve always been asking how our stays or travels are. Hotels Location was also very nice, not so crowded, but still the main tour places are very close. Thank you so much!

Rooms were spotless clean, very well appointed, modern, comfortable and the hosts are out-of-this-world service and customer oriented. The location was wonderful and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We absolutely loved our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre! The hosts were so nice and friendly, always available and supportive for us. They gave us all the recommendations for where to eat and gave some hints about what to see. We were also treated by delicious snacks and homemade cake:) The location was top, near the railway station, 30 min walk from the Colosseum, and 20 min from Galeria Borghese. We highly recommend this place!

Amazing!

Major sites are about a 20 minute walk. Easy access to public transportation and the US embassy is close by. Great restaurants near by as well as and a grocery store is next to the residence. Would stay again!
