Passable

I was charged twice for this 5-night stay: once with Booking.com and then again as I checked out of the Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee West. That is unacceptable. As a result of this costly error I will never use Booking.com again. I can't afford it.

Definitely loved the modern style

Caught another guest recording my wife and I in pool swimming, why I don't know . Then needed a card with 20 dollars on it to check in for a holding fee this was not explained when I payed for the room weeks ahead of time definitely was a headache still haven't got my 20 back guess don't matter still out 20 for the pre paid card I had to get to put 20 bucks on

Very good

The room was clean and big! I like the kitchen was located in my room. I was able to cook me a quick pasta meal. This amenti help save money verses going out to eat.

The property was clean and convenient to the location I needed to be.

The room seemed a bit dated and the bathroom toilet was super low to the ground. The lack of shower door or curtains makes for a chilly shower experience.
