The Milwaukee Marriott Downtown received positive feedback for their helpful and courteous staff, surprise birthday treats, and great event support. However, there were some areas for improvement, su (Read More)ch as a subpar suite layout, sloppy sales and accounting process, and a mediocre gym. The hotel was praised for its friendly staff and convenient location near restaurants and bars. However, there were complaints about the limited gym facilities and outdated lounge area. Overall, the rooms were described as clean but on the smaller side with older curtains.

Overall, everything was good. I will definitely come back.

The staff was friendly the lobby, elevator, hallways and entrance areas were clean. The rooms were updated.

The bathroom corners were dirty.

The location. The area is very concentrated into a few blocks. The location is about 3 blocks from the activities.

The front desk was so pleasant. Ask what us come tonight. And it was a girls weekend. They sent us up a bottle of wine. The hotel also is so clean.

Feel like we deserve a refund.

Our shower was broken, couldnt turn in the water because the handle was broken. We were very disappointed in the morning when we couldnt shower. Im wondering how they cleaned the bathtub if the water didnt work???

The easy upgrade was lovely! I really appreciate that! Thank you Jaide Lehnhardt!

The smell of sewer gas at the entrance. The bed wasn't that comfortable - my friend thought the same thing. Valet is too expensive!!!

Easy to get to. Very welcoming & grand. Room smelled clean, was clean & spacious. Shower was great. Bed very comfy. Walking distance to every place we were going. Nice bar/restaurant.

More expensive than most, as well as the price to park being higher too. Was the HD Homecoming so had little choice but to pay it. Wish the bar stayed open past midnight on a Saturday night. That being said, we weren't disappointed. Very nice stay.
