Room was dirty, furniture was ripped and tattered. Underage drinking that were up in the halls until well past 1am

I love the location of the hotel and the roominess of the rooms. The rooms are always cleaned.

The room was extremely cold. I made two calls downstairs the first night to have some to come up and check the thermostat. No one ever came. The second night I arrived home to police officers and young adults inside and outside the hotel. I was told that the officers were there because the young adults were partying and smoking Marijuana. The young adults were outside my door smoking, drinking and running downthe halls. I called downstairs again and was told that it's New Years Eve and that they would send someone up. The partying directly outside my door went on for three hours. I was made to sign a document that parties were NOT ALLOWED. I feel that part of my stay should be refunded back.

Stayed a night longer than intended and the room AC wasnt working.

Breakfast included.

Few choices to eat within walking distance, AC didnt work.

Great location for a family going to a Brewer game!

The layout of the room, especially the kitchenette was great for our family of 4. It was a short 10 minute drive to American Family Field (Miller Park) for a Brewer game!

The breakfast didn't have as many options as I would have liked and the pool was a bit small.

Friendly staff, great location close to restaurants and shopping.

Staff was great - very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel was a concern however between the mold and mildew on the shower tile grout and the stickiness of the floor in the breakfast area.

Better quality of cleaning. No linens in the room for the pull out sofa bed - these should be provided in the room.
