The room & bar were quite pleasant. The room was done nicely. Comfortable, quiet, relaxing. The seating in the bar was a little awkward but the service was decent. The band playing was very good too.

Having to pay for parking. For what is there, I found it ridiculous that I had to pay to park overnight. It would be different if it was in an area that had limited parking, but it is not. This is definitely something that would keep me from recommending it to my customers when they are in town. Without warning them at least.

The room and the staff were wonderful!!!

I noticed that there was no microwave or no refrigerator in my 2 different rooms in which I stayed; I would have liked to have had those.

Excellent stay, shame the breakfast service was a let down.

Great hotel in super locationgreat restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was great but the service was very slow. There was never enough people on duty. Busy hotel you would think a lot of people would want breakfast in the morning.

The facility is clean updated and very nice.

No one ever said that I would get a parking ticket for parking in there lot. This is a scam to pay that amount for a room, then have to pay for parking!!! And the restaurant charges a 20 percent service charge on your bill automatically. This is another SCAM!!!

Exceptional

The staff gave me lots of information about the lobby, bar, and restaurant. The hotel as a whole smelled great and it was so clean the lighting gave it a very luxurious elegant look. The view was awesome and the hotel room was very clean.

Noisy, bad food, broken equipment. Nickel and dime you

Clean. Room nicely laid out.

Breakfast was terrible. I threw it away. Located next to a construction compactor. Very noisy. No Aveta amenities besides shampoo etc. no sink soap or lotion. Ice machine was broken. Hotels hair dryer blue a fuse and lights in the bathroom. No bottled water. Pay to park! What do you think, everyone walked there? No free Wi-Fi unless you were a Bonvoy member.
