Very good

Great location, close to metro station and to most of the top places worth visiting. Personnel was very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was not very spacious but this was overcome from the cleaniness, good decoration and the fact that the room had always warm water for bath and was warm even though we did not turn the heating on.

During our stay there was no WiFi, however this problem was on the whole area and not just in the room or the hotel. Also, our room was next to the stairs and we heard every noise (steps or suitcases) from the stairs. We would prefer the room

Superb

Great location, apartment is located near Termini station (10min walk) in adorable little street. Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was really great. Room was ready before expected chek-in.

Exceptional

The area is the best in Rome by far: Friendly locals, clean and great for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner. The building is fun - fancy and well taken care of- the reception is on the first floor and there are 3 more floors with the roof eating area. What I especially appreciated was the quiet, comfortable room with a heater you can turn on and off and a newly refurbished bathroom.

Exceptional

The room was much larger and more spacious than I expected. We felt very comfortable as a family. Bathrooms, toilets and showers were excellent.

It can't get any better. But to say the least, the elevator could have been a little faster.

Bad noise profing for the rooms

Location was good.

Very bad sound proofing. We would hear everything outside the room. We were located near the breakfast area and were woken up every morning at 6AM by the staff preparing the area and could not sleep after.

Someone of the staff tried to open my bedroom door while I was sleeping( even with dont disturb sign, so they knew that I was inside), just for put some Christmas lights in my window. Felt so unsafe.

Good

Clean beds in an absolutely ideal location in Rome, with lots of shops and restaurants steps away. Coliseum is super close. Staff was helpful in booking us an early taxi to the airport and room was ready long before check in time. AC working well. The terrace was spacious and nice. Rooftop breakfast was a plus.

Wifi was down for the entirety of our three night stay, which was an inconvenience. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint as there were a lot of scuffs, marks, and dust on the wall. Shower drain was pretty clogged. Breakfast could be a better value, as it didn't really have hot foods and the options were limited.

Room is clean and quite big. Hotel staff is really very helpful.

Breakfast is very poor. Suggest not to have the breakfast in the hotel. Bed was uncomfortable. And the last day water dropped in the middle of the room from the ceiling around 30 mins.

Good

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and liked the location.

This was a great location (down the road from Cavour metro) and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They helped us call taxis a couple of times. Shower had good water pressure and was hot. Room was a decent size and the terrace was great. The daily room cleaning was nice to return to after a day of sightseeing as well.

The elevator is extremely slow but we understand that this is something that could not be changed. The room was a good size but needs some updates - the chaise/lounge and comforter were stained from continued use. Although I'm sure they were clean we would recommend replacement.
