Great value accommodation in a comfortable country hotel

The room was comfortable and warm. Everything was clean and well serviced. Nice to have plenty of tea and milk on offer. Room was quite large. We asked for extra blankets, which they readily gave us. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice on the counter to choose from, and nice cooked breakfast on offer. All staff local and really friendly and helpful.

Loved it, will definitely be back for a reasonably priced, perfect location to all amenities and friendly, helpful atmos

Such friendly staff, fab location, nice and homely and very accommodating. The bed was soooo comfortable and huge in the single queen room I had! Wish I could have taken it home! Staff super helpful and quick to resolve any questions

The room was a little in need of some finer touches regarding cleaning - coffee grains left from the previous people in the cafetire, a bit dusty on some surfaces - other than that which could have been a once off - excellent!

The hotel was very nice. The food was excellent, the staff were very polite and helpful and the position of the hotel was perfect only walking distance to the train station, shops, market and buses. Will definitely stay there again

The only thing was as its winter time it takes a long time for the water from the sink or shower to warm up but once it does then happy days

Superb

This was a return visit, because we found the hotel so relaxed and comfortable when we stayed during the summer. Again, all good, including the evening meals, breakfast and the comfort of the room. Parking is straightforward, and Moreton in Marsh great for a Cotswold visit. Much recommended!

The mattress on the bed needs replacing as very old and felt every spring in it. We went for a rest but didnt get quality sleep

Superb

Quaint, cosy, and great location for a weekend. The rooms were modern and nicely furnished. Ours was in The Courtyard at the back of the building, so it was very quiet. Breakfast had a great selection on offer. Wr ate in the bar the first night as the restaurant was fully booked.

The only thing we found unusual was food only being served until 830pm, which was similar in the other local pubs too.
