Very good

Overall a great hotel at a great price. The staff were excellent and the restaurant food was great at good prices.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception was a great area to sit and read. The pools are excellent, all be it the water was a little cold. The restaurant food was excellent.

The bathroom was a little dated and not as maintained as it could have been.

Affordable stay with decent facilities

Very good price for the accommodation. The staff were nice and breakfast was decent for 200 baht. The hotel rooms are a bit old and not too fancy but do the job well. There are two pools which is nice since one is a bit more private. We were happy overall

Short stay recommended! Old hotel!

Overall, for the price it is recommended mainly for short stay.

Hotel is very old, rooms are not very comfortable for kids even adults. Furnitures need a complete refurbishment. Breakfast variety could be improved.

Like the room and the location.... staff at resto and reception were very accommodating...

The massage was not good... i booked for Thai massage but it felt like it was random and not knowlegeable in Thai massage at all... the only Thai massage that was not done on the floor... :-(

Nice, comfortable stay

We liked the location as its a little out of town which is what we wanted. The hotel itself needs a little work to update / maintain the furnishings but it was a pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The deluxe double rooms had an unusual layout and wasnt quite as luxurious as I expected for the price, but it was comfortable & cleaned daily.

Beautiful hotel, lovely architecture, comfortable rooms, friendly staff

Lovely hotel situated about 20 mins drive from Chiang Mai Old Town. The restaurant and boutique side of the hotel seem quite old and have beautiful architecture. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. All the staff were attentive and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something that's a bit unusual, more authentic and not your standard conference-style hotel.

It's a reasonable distance from the town centre (20-30 mins by cab), so if you're looking to walk into Chiang Mai then this probably isn't for you. That said, we were always able to catch a Bolt, so it's not much of a deal breaker.
