Very good

The property is good. The food was very good.. The support and behaviour of the staff was very good. The Property Manager Mr. Rajesh is a very polite and down to earth person. He ensured that our stay in the property was very comfortable

It felt like a controlled enviroment stay with guidelines

Near by view is good and you can see the mountains, the overall propery size is good and big enough.

I did not like their rule books: 1. They have just 1 guy in kitchen and order needs to be given 1 or 2 before. 2. You are not allowed drinks outside but surprisingly owner can have them. 3. They denied for the towels while in pool, this one doesn't makes sense 4. The food is little costly and they charge you Rs.50 for a bottle of water. More than 2X 5. Overall property has a good view near by and good pool to enjoy.

No water at Nights in the toilet. Foods are too costly and morning tea got at 9.30AM Breakfast 10AM. For coming back no ola and Uber had to catch Auto upto Panvel then we got Uber. I will never trust Booking. Com to book next visit . Thanks

Worst stay in Panvel

Ambience

Everything apart from ambience. 1) Service is pathetic - room service will forget your order, you'll have to call them 3-4 times to remind your order and after an hour or so you'll get cold food. 2) Electricity problem - There were frequent power cuts due to which AC will keep switching off for more than half of the day. Also, because of that WiFi was not working so we couldn't use the internet. 3) Location - As the resort, is in the middle of nowhere, you will have a very hard time finding mobile network and good internet. You won't find any transportation nearby for atleast 4-5 km and cabs are non existent (get your own vehicle if you are willing to come) Overall: Please don't visit if you want to spend some quality time. The stay will only ruin your weekend.
