This RA suites offers a great location across the street from the beach, at an affordable price point. The rooms are clean, cute, and well decorated. The apartment is spacious, with enough beds for a (Read More) family with children. The pool is a great alternative to the beach, and the apartment has beach toys and chairs. The amenities provided are well stocked and there is a TV in each room. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay with great communication from the staff.

Make a deal with Marriott across street for extra parking.

It was quiet. Nice pool area

Keypad to get in didnt work properly. Had to punch in code several times before it unlocked. Only 1 parking spot. Specifically asked before we booked if there was additional parking. Was told metered parking. Nope. We had to pay the Marriott 34 dollars a night to park overnight. Was sent messages to close windows and doors because their sensor was showing high humidity. Nope none were open. Netflix wouldnt stream sometimes. Faucets in shower were backwards. Hot was cold and vice versa. Nobody on site. No office etc. Not personal. After paying $150 cleaning fee we were asked to clean , take out garbage, etc. I would have anyhow but the list was quite extensive. Would not stay again even though we come to the area every 2 weeks. And still waiting on my $300 security deposit back. Blocking up my credit card. Oh well.

Great Little Gem

Unit is nicely designed, decorated, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. Cross the street from the beach. Near local restaurants and stores.

The key pad to the room needed new batteries. Suggestion: Request that maintenance checks bi-weekly that the batteries on all key pads to make sure they are functioning properly. Make sure glassware has a full set.

Overall a great place with great locations!

Great location, really nice apartment, good value!

We stayed in split level apartment which was nice but the 2nd floor did not cool off with a/c- much hotter than 1st floor & unfortunately the bedroom is on 2nd floor making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep

Roaches everywhere and horrible customer service that will never give a refund.

Roaches everywhere. Would not relocate us. Would not give a refund even though we didn't spend more than an hour total in the property. Horrible customer service that continually lied and then stopped answering or returning calls. If Sheena tells you your refund is being reviewed by the "escalation team", just know that she is one of only 2 people actually on the escalation team! And when she says it will be 24 hours to get a response, that is a lie. There will never be a response... except to offer a whopping 10% refund while the escalation team reviews your case. Once you turn that ridiculous offer down you won't hear from them again. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand because it turns out there are lots of others with the exact same experience, or worse! Do NOT stay at any RA property. By the way, Booking.com wasn't any help either. Pro Tip: Always book using a credit card so you can dispute the charges through them in situations like this. That's the only reason I finally got my money back.

The stay was great!

Team members were extremely helpful. The location. relative to two family members and the ocean was a big plus. I liked the art and the design of the apartment. The gate and camera system supports security.

The email with the gate and door codes was confusing, For example, the door code appeared to be four digits, not five. due to poor use of rows and columns.

Wonderful place to stay at, with beach so close by and great pool too. Loved this place a lot!

Loved that RA suites was close enough that one could walk to the beautiful Pompano beach, or if I wanted to stay at property, the pool was super fun for the kids too with the provided inflatable floating devices. Kids too loved the place. Appreciated the super convenient parking right in front of the property too. Wonderful place.

Overall I liked everything about the place!

The location is perfect. Being able to walk across the street to the beach is nice! The beds were comfy.

Bugs! We had small roaches in our room. Our first night we only saw one and wasn't real concerned, but then the second night they were all over. It also looks like they are trying to slowly renovate the place and update it, which is great, but our room could still use some work. The shower also had mold that looked to be just covered by caulk.
