    Practical and good value for money.
    Very clean and practical. Good location 10 minutes walking from the beachfront restaurants and shops. Big room with big closet space and kitchenette. Comfy bed :) Self check-in instructions were very clear and the staff on the phone and by email was very professional.
    Changing the windows could be a good idea in the future to better sound-proof the rooms from street noise. I understand the hotel was under-staffed. However, I would have appreciated seeing someone as I checked out in the morning a bit before 11am :)

    Size of room.Very clean. Close to beach. Close to restaurants and bars.Full galley kitchen. Gas grill. Clean pool.

    Small boutique hotel close to the beach. Very close to our condo we just sold and were moving out of that day. Just needed a place to spend the night so served our purpose.

    Liked that they responded to our issue and moved us into a different room.
    The bed was broken when we arrived late. Bed had no support. Sagged. Not sure how cleaning person didn't notice. Both rooms had broken blinds and I never saw a vac running just broom sweeping. 2nd room was better.

    I arrived to the hotel at 17:40. No one was at the front desk. All doors we locked. It turned out, later on, that one person shuttles between two properties serving the clients alternatively and with delay. I called the phone posted at the door and reached a voice recording. No employee of the hotel called me back at ANY TIME(!) even after finally arriving in the hotel while I was waiting in its yard. Yet, she recorded on an invoice a check in and cancellation at 18:22That is a falsehood. Ultimately, after about 40 min wait, I made another booking at the local Hampton and went there Both the phone representative of Booking.com and the hotel clerk refused to cancel the reservation for the room, which was NOT MADE AVAILABLE TO ME BY THIS HOTEL.
