The view was everything! Very peaceful and enjoyable!

The Vallet parking staff when I got there they told me that its a charge of $25 overnight and my car did not stay any nights over there but yet they were fighting to charge me the fee at the check out time.

Location is amazing but the hotel operations needs some help

The location is amazing, right on the beach and the price can't be beat.

This hotel has different companies for the basic operations of the hotel and none of them work together very well. Forced valet parking separate from hotel, restaurant separate from hotel, beach chairs/umbrellas separate from hotel, event space separate from hotel. This place could be amazing if the operational side got it's act together and wasn't so silo'd as in the end only the customers lose. Ultimately, the location is perfect and the price makes it worth staying. Whoever manages the event space is incompetent. There are clearly no events held at this place even though it's a great location and the view from the event room to the beach on the second floor is amazing. Not sure what that guy does all day. Next time you have no one using your event rooms and a guest asks to do some work in the empty room, maybe try a little customer service instead of trying to charge $500 keep people out of your empty event space.

Service was bad. I requested an iron online thru chat and in person at the desk but no one came. I had to go and get one from a family member. Also the breakfast at the restaurant took almost two hours to be served.

No breakfast provided, Prices for everything were very high. The forced tip in the restaurant was out of line.

Not good not terrible.

To be honest the hotel is very so-so. The only good thing about the location is that its very close to the ocean and thats cool. This is where the advantages end. If you want to eat, drink, or just spend some time, you need to take a taxi, because apart from a small restaurant in the hotel with a very modest menu, there is nothing at all in the area. Our room had a very dirty floor, that shampoo thing didn't work, there was a very loud refrigerator, oh my god it was so loud. Very mediocre furniture has obvious signs of damage. But the most interesting thing is that on the day of our check-out (check-out at 11 am) at approximately 9:50 am there was a knock on our door (despite the presence of a do not disturb sign) I got out of bed and started walking towards the door, but a second later the administrator the hotel opened the door to our room. I stood almost naked, and she looked and apologized. What was that? In what universe is this normal? Just open the door of a room that shouldn't even be vacated yet without warning? What if I did yoga naked in the chocolate eye looks at the sky pose? I find this very rude and unprofessional .

Fairly good stay.

It was super close to the beach. The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy and I was able to bring my ESA pet.

The room thermostat was reading an error so the air wasn't working and it was uncomfortably warm/hot considering it was in the 80s outside. We didn't get any wash cloths or bath towels. It was just one towel on the floor. I would have like to known how much I was paying for parking before I got there. The room was small for the price then have to pay $75 extra plus tips for 3 nights stay.

The location is really good.

Horrible service, I do not recommend this hotel. They didn't clean the Hotel properly, the elevators were dirty, the gym, the room, the bath. Cleaning staff are lazy.
