Over all every one was happy and comftable with the minor issues we dealt.

Breakfast selection was great. I just wish they will change the menu sometime especially for all the guests who stay longer.

The air conditioning condenser is underneath the window and its concerning. It was unlock and kids can fall out there if youre not careful. One of the rooms we booked the air conditioning is leaking water and made the bed wet.

Clean hotel, extremely polite staff, excellent location!

It was very clean, the furnishing wasnt outdated, the staff were very polite and helpful. We requested for adjacent rooms given our 5-day-stay and it was granted. Taxis were easy to get because the concierge team was always ready to hail. The restaurant at the lobby level was open day and night, we could order food whenever we wanted to.

They didnt replenish our toiletries.

I like the pool and the cleaning staff was friendly.

The bed is not that comfortable, there are some parts in the bed that feels like it has some holes. Their room is small. Small varieties of breakfast food. Some staffs from puso resto are not friendly, some would look at you with judgement. Their check-in is exactly 3:00PM. I tried to request an early check-in, they won't promise anything but they would give you some hope. I got there around 2:30 but they did not allow me to check-in until 3PM. Not worth for the price. Other hotels are cheaper and has bigger rooms.

Pool area crowded and untidy Hallways untidy Room was not very clean, walls dirty as well Aircon dirty , directly above bed Bathroom was not clean Room needs to be updated and a fresh wall paint Balcony needs clean Kettle didnt work We left early and checked into another hotel.

Staff is nice and friendly and the food was great and peaceful and quiet. And easy access to other facilities.

Its a nice place to stay and nice food.

Amazing time at Quest!

The location is excellent! Very convenient to walk across Ayala. The buffet breakfast was 10/10. My family looked forward to breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to our needs.
