Would stay again

Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Good value for the quality/cleanliness/condition. Convenient location off the interstate and many shops close by.

Breakfast wasn't great (high in sugar and carbs).

Exceptional

Everything was perfect, from check-in to checkout. The staff was great, the room was clean, the bed was oh-so-comfortable! In fact, we booked our next stay before we even checked out from this one! <3

Okay room if youre in a pinch!

The heating system was nice!

The phone in the room didnt work. Cold air was coming from the door. I could see the white weather stripping and sunlight coming through in the morning. There was a big spot on the carpet right when you walked in. Room 116 needs some attention!

The room and location is very good, Room Clean, Quiet. NEG - Paperless billing - hassle to check bil

Room was Clean, Bed Comfortable, Bathroom Clean and neat, The room did not have any bad odors, the carpeting in the room was clean.

Front desk billing issues handled poorly, Paperless Receipt - lack of care by front desk when asking for the receipt and check billing before leaving the property

Poor

Room was not properly cleaned. Garbage was left in the room which contained used diapers. Management did come to remove the garbage but failed to return garbage pail. Room was never freshened during our stay.
