Disappointing

Disaster ruined our plans by not correcting the problem

At 2 am we were awoken by a herd of elephants upstairs. We called the front desk and the young lady apparently called them no answer When we checked out at 3 am She said no one else complained. We were in room 106

Served its purpose for a reasonable price.

Location, price

Beds were way too soft!! Tub drained so slow it was filling up as you showered!! Shoddy construction! Globs of caulking in the shower! Not the cleanest.

The door key did not work in initial room, had to change rooms. No tv instructions had to call for help. No freezer in refer.

Superb

Was a great stay. Was able to stay by the pool. Pool was a nice area with the palm trees.

The pool and hot tub area was great with the palm trees. Hot tub was hot, and jets were good.

The water in the showerer kept going cold then hot.

Passable

I had been solo camping in the wilderness for four nights, refreshing break at mid journey.

The bed was comfortable, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, surprisingly good breakfast. Quieter than I expected at night. Walked across the street for dinner. A maid went above and beyond to help me find the ice machine. The room was clean.

The alarm clock was illegible, shower valve was crude and difficult. Toilet was kid sized. Television didnt want to cooperate. Had to shut A/C off because it wouldnt respond to adjustments.
