Disappointing

No good! Had some issue continued to give opportunity to resolve with no resolution!

Location was good!

We booked online and within a few hours we were contacted and asked if we would be willing to change rooms it had booked a handicap room somehow, told it would be an additional $40 but we agreed since they stated it was a handicap room and we didnt need that . When we check in we were informed it was $40 each night meaning the $40 went to $120. Its now 11:00pm weve drove 7 hours and exhausted so we just pay it. Upon entering the room we find a clogged toilet and bugs all on the wall around the curtains and 2 in the jacuzzi an fire place didnt work. We call the office they state theres no other room available and can inform the manager in the morning. The following morning we stop by the office on our way out to enjoy the day. Lady at the front desk just makes out like its no big deal claim that she has the same bugs at her house right down the road but that she would inform the manager. We return to the room about 9:30pm notice the same dead bugs in the jacuzzi, clogged toilet still and the fireplace doesnt work. We call again, front desk states management should of handled it but she will send someone up for the toilet and someone should check the fireplace tomorrow.The manager stated that they would get with the general manager an see waht that could do a reach back out ! On our final day there went to them agian in the morning to address the fireplace an bugs in the jacuzzi an they said no problem they would send someone up to resolve. We got back late that day an fire place was working but jacuzzi was still dirty and still had bug in it!! We were very nice when we spoke with them on every occasion an they were aswell!! We understand stuff happens but when informed of the situation this many time it gets hard to understand! We left this morning and stopped by the front to recap all that has taken place in hopes that when we return it will be handled. Very unprofessional and disappointing!

Staff is fantastic along with the breakfast but the rooms are not!

Size of the room, location, friendliness of staff, amenities offered at the hotel.

Time for update! Everything seems dated, 1 elevator for 5 floors was ridiculous at times but it was the holiday weekend. The elevator was colder than the outside at all times (it was in the 30s). The room was clean but the floors were nasty, particularly the carpet. Walking barefoot turned our feet brown and black just going from the bed to the bathroom. HVAC unit does not stay with fan on and was dirty.
